Responsibilities-

  • Assisting management with project definition and priorities
  • Schedule and resource planning for approved support tools,
  • Projects Development,
  • Debugging, test and deployment activities.
  • Coordinating development activities with cross-functional groups working on adjacent projects and systems.

Deliver high-quality support tools to the 3PAR Customer Service teams that:

  • Speed a new support engineer’s time-to-productivity
  • Deflect in-coming cases to customer self-help tools
  • Successfully close cases via end-to-end automation
  • Analyze crash files and auto-correlates them to known defects
  • Deliver cases to support engineers wrapped in meaningful and useful troubleshooting information
  • speed case resolution and drives down cost-per-case
  • Integrate primary support tools with third party service providers to enable automated RMA.
  • Field Dispatch Leverage in-coming automated support information to build value-add audits and reports Projects expected.

Oasis India Field Worker,Internship at Flying Kites

Introduction:

The recently launched Oasis Program aims to help build the capacity of small orphanages in Delhi, India. The operating environment and financial status of many of these homes means that many directors are unable to get the mental breathing space to plan strategically.

Our Oasis program will:

(1) Create a template website for each orphanage that clearly shows: the children; the leadership; financial transparency; a fundraising objective and provides a way for interested people to help. This is the critical marketing tool all orphanages must have to increase their chances of attracting donors/ supporters.
(2) To ensure that all orphanages receive a steady stream of Indian and foreign volunteers.
(3) Ensure that these volunteers are provided with the tools and guidance to return home and fundraise in support of their orphanage.
(4) Seek support from other agencies that can be directed by Oasis staff to where it most needed.
