Fontstruct Handmade Competition

Introduction:

FontStruct is a free font-building tool from the world’s leading retailer of digital type, FontShop. FontStruct lets you quickly and easily create fonts constructed out of geometrical shapes, which are arranged in a grid pattern, like tiles or bricks.

We’re running a competition with the theme “Handmade” open to any registered user of FontStruct.

All you have to do is build and share a font using the FontStruct editor and upload an accompanying sample image related to the theme  ”Handmade”.

Of course FontStruct is a digital tool and you can’t actually pick up the brick shapes and work them with your hands (we wish you could) so this challenge is about  ”Mousemade”  font designs that somehow look  ”Handmade”.

Eligibility:

Anyone is eligible. You will need to register at FontStruct to take part. Registration is quick, easy and free.

Last Date for Submission : 8 Oct, 2010
